Plan and organize games & activities for our annual Harvest Carnival.

Help in the library with selling books to the Meadow Heights community

Help plan this family event for Meadow Heights where each student will have the opportunity to research and display information on a topic of their choosing.
International Food Fair - March 19
Help plan and volunteer at the International Food Fair event, celebrating the multi cultural community at Meadow Heights
Auction - March 13-18
Assist with our online and in-person auction efforts through gathering donations, entering them online, and more.
Mustang Stampede - Apr 21
Help plan and execute our school-wide “Fun Run” fundraiser. Volunteers needed ranging from t-shirt design, event coordinators, sponsorship outreach and day-of volunteers.
Field Day (TK-4) - June 4
Volunteer to help lead a game or relay for this fun end of year event.
Fifth Grade Pool Party & Promotion - June 4 & 10
Plan and organize 5th grade class end of year activities and promotion.
In the Classroom & on Campus
Art Class
Volunteer as an assistant for art lessons with Mrs. Duncan. You will be contacted directly for specific date/time needs.
Lego Lab Volunteer
Help out in your child's class or at lunchtime Tuesdays & Thursdays to give students time to bulid and play with Legos
Library Volunteer
Volunteer as an assistant in the library during lunch recess or your child's class time to help our School Librarian, Mrs. Michon. You will be contacted directly for specific date/times.
Program & Planning Committees

Seeking volunteers to help plan events and manage our wonderful programs 

Room Parent
Work with other parents to help your child's classroom organize teacher gifts and build classroom community through activities and parties.
Multilingual Parent Resource
Assist with communications between PTA and ESL families.
Yearbook Design
Work with the Yearbook Editor to take and collect photos, layout pages or design the yearbook for this school year
Staff Appreciation
Help plan and organize appreciation activities to celebrate our staff throughout the year and during Staff Appreciation Week in May.

Interested in being a part of the PTA Board? There are still a few openings this year.
Mom's Club
Past meetups have included movie nights, trivia, and dinners.
Dad's Club
Help plan school events (like the end of year BBQ) + meetups like golf, just for the dads.
